Do you deliver to my area in Kampala?

We deliver anywhere within 35 driving minutes of our kitchen at Kisakye Business Center, Ntinda-Kiwatule Road. That covers Ntinda, Kiwatule, Naalya, Najjera, Kisaasi, Bukoto, Kololo and most of central Kampala. Enter your address at checkout and we confirm the exact fee before you pay.

What are your opening hours?

Silverback Coffee House is open 24/7. You can order any time, day or night — the kitchen never closes.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is priced by distance from our Ntinda kitchen. Faras starts at 2,000 UGX plus 420 UGX per kilometre; SafeBoda starts at 2,500 UGX plus 450 UGX per kilometre. With a normal boda you agree the fare directly with the rider. The exact amount always shows at checkout before you confirm.

How long will my order take?

Food is cooked fresh to order in about 10–20 minutes, then delivery time depends on how far you are from Ntinda. Checkout shows a live estimate once you enter your address.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery is available on normal boda orders. For Faras and SafeBoda deliveries, pay by Mobile Money — MTN MoMo merchant code 40118704, or Airtel Money merchant code 4405861.

How do I place an order?

Delivery rider rates (Faras / SafeBoda / boda)

Fee = base + per-km × driving distance, then rounded up. Mark a provider "negotiated" to show it as a "from …" estimate (normal boda). Distance comes from Google Distance Matrix, or a straight-line estimate when no Maps key is set.

These rates are set at deploy time and apply to all customers. Editing them here only changes this device — to change the live customer rates, send the new numbers to your developer for a quick redeploy.

Pesapal payments

Pesapal's SubmitOrderRequest + IPN must run server-side (it requires OAuth signing with your secret). Paste your keys here and point Backend endpoint at the serverless function that proxies the call. Leave blank to disable Pesapal and use cash/mobile money only.

Google Maps integration
